Effective October 5, 2026. NearLuck provides listings and communication tools for adults 18 and older. By posting or messaging, you agree to these terms and the posting rules.

You are responsible for accurate listings, permission to share content, your eligibility to offer goods or services, and complying with applicable laws. Do not impersonate others, create deceptive listings, harass users, evade restrictions or misuse the service.

You retain ownership of your content and permit NearLuck to store, display and process it to operate the marketplace. Public listings may be seen or copied by visitors. You may close or delete your listings using My listings.

NearLuck is not a party to transactions between members. We do not process payments, hold funds, provide escrow, arrange delivery, verify professional licensing, guarantee offers, or provide buyer protection. Accepting a service offer records interest in proceeding; arrange scope, timing, qualifications and payment directly with the provider.

We may review, decline or remove content and restrict accounts for abuse, suspicious activity or rules violations. Submit an account review request through Contact support. Reports do not guarantee an immediate response.

The service is provided as available. Availability and content accuracy are not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Posting is free during launch. Future paid features or fees will be announced and shown before you choose a paid action. Material changes to these terms will be announced on the site. Contact support with questions.
