Effective October 5, 2026. NearLuck processes the account identifier, email and optional name provided through ChatGPT sign-in. Email is used for account administration and support and is not shown on public listings.

Your listing display name, city, state, description, price and photos become public when the listing is approved. Listings awaiting review are visible to you and the marketplace administrator. Messages and offers are visible to the participants. Administrators review listings, reports and support requests for marketplace operations and safety.

We store listings, uploaded images, messages, offers, saved listings, reports and support requests to operate the service. Hosting, authentication and storage are provided through the Sites platform and its infrastructure providers. We do not add advertising trackers or sell personal information in this launch version.

Do not publish identity documents, home addresses, passwords or financial details. Upload only photos you have permission to share. Review your photos for identifying information before posting.

Use My account & data to download your records or delete your NearLuck data. Deletion removes your listings, images, favorites and conversations; moderation restrictions and unresolved safety reports may be retained to address abuse. Copies previously downloaded by other people are outside our control. We do not promise deletion from platform backups immediately.

Saved data remains until you delete it, a listing is removed, or operational retention changes are announced. NearLuck is intended for adults 18 and older. Submit privacy questions through Contact support.
